We are an India-headquartered agrochemical company with a multinational presence and a focus on innovation, product development and distribution of branded formulations. We are engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of agrochemicals, under the following categories: (A) formulations, consisting of: (i) plant protection products, sub-categorized under insecticides, fungicides, bactericides, herbicides, and combinations thereof; and (ii) plant nutrition products (other than chemical fertilizers), comprising specialty fertilizers, bio-stimulants and plant growth regulators (“PGRs”); and (B) technical grade active ingredients (“Technicals”), which are utilized in the manufacture of agrochemical formulations. Our global presence spans over 60 countries.

Domestic business:

Our domestic business, with 283 registrations as of August 31, 2025, includes domestic branded sales and domestic corporate sales. Domestic branded sales involve distributing a portfolio of plant protection and plant nutrition products under 90 brands across 20 Indian states. We also hold 10 product patents in this portfolio. Domestic corporate sales involve selling Technicals and finished formulations to corporate customers and co-marketing our proprietary formulations under other brand players’ ready-to-market packaging.

International business:

Our international business exports branded formulations to markets with lengthy and complex agrochemical registration processes. Key markets like West Africa, Russia, and North America have stringent regulatory approval processes, creating entry barriers for new players. As of August 31, 2025, we hold 512 product registrations across overseas jurisdictions. Our go-to-market strategies include selling to national distributors, selling through foreign subsidiaries, and direct exporting to corporate customers.

Our founding Promoters, Keshav and Vikram Anand, have engaged in chemical trading and indenting since 1986. They established “Parijat Agencies,” a partnership firm, to trade agrochemical formulations through overseas distributors. This experience enabled the first exports for several Indian agrochemical companies to overseas markets. During this time, they gained experience in dossier preparation for product registrations and understanding of the regulatory environment for agrochemical distribution in multiple countries.

To secure our supply chain and develop manufacturing capabilities, “Parijat Agencies” acquired Triumph Pesticides (Bombay) Private Limited, a Haryana-based manufacturer, in 2003. We began manufacturing formulations that year to cater to export markets like the European Union, Africa, and North America. Triumph Pesticides (Bombay) Private Limited was renamed “Parijat Industries (India) Private Limited” in 2008 and later merged with “Parijat Agencies” in 2008.

We entered the Indian domestic market in 2007. Since then, we’ve focused on Technicals and formulations that were limited or unavailable in India. We were the first Indian company to obtain technical import registrations for Fipronil, Pyriproxyfen, Chlorfenapyr, Imazamox, and Kresoxim methyl, and technical indigenous manufacture registrations for Mesotrione and Metamifop. These registrations gave us an early mover advantage in the formulations. We were also the first Indian company to obtain technical import registrations under Section 9(3) of the Insecticides Act, 1968, or technical indigenous manufacture registrations under Section 9(3) of the Insecticides Act, 1968, (as amended) for Technicals, further reinforcing our early mover advantage.

We eventually transitioned our focus towards branded formulations, with the development and commercialization of our key brands, including Urumi, Velektin and Xyfen Ultra, in India.

We have continued to expand our domestic branded formulations portfolio and deepen our market penetration across India (where we operate across 20 states through our network of dealers, distributers, wholesalers and retailers who are our direct customers (collectively, “Domestic Channel Partners”), while simultaneously expanding our global presence across more than 60 countries pursuant to direct relationships with overseas customers, and through seven foreign Subsidiaries in strategic overseas markets, Belin Russia in Russia, Leeds Lifesciences Limited in UK, Parijat Tanzania Limited in Tanzania, Parijat Mali S.A in Mali Belin International Limited in Hong Kong, and Parijat Togo in Togo.
