PRODUCT FEATURES
- NAPOLEON contain Pendimethalin 30% EC
- It is a broad-spectrum and selective herbicide
- It is a pre-emergence herbicide for the use in Wheat, Rice, Cotton and Soybean
- It is applied before emergence of weeds, within 0-4 days of sowing/transplanting
- It belongs to Dinitroaniline group of herbicides which inhabits growth and reduces cell division
- It has residual Control – Kills the weeds that will emerge
- It is one shot solution of annual grasses, Sedges and broad-leaved weeds
- It is absorbed through both the leaf and roots and inhabits the cell division & cell elongation
- It is very economical with its broad-spectrum activity and low use rate
- It is easy to use and give long duration control
- It has no phytotoxic effect when used as recommended
- No residual effect on the subsequent / follow crop
- Doesn’t show any harmful effect on crops and soil

MODE OF ACTION
- It belongs to Dinitroaniline group of herbicides which acts by inhibiting the root growth by disruption of cell division and elongation. After the application it quickly spread on soil. It alters in the cell wall formation in both root and shoot resulting in plant death by lack of new cell formation.
METHOD & TIME OF APPLICATION
- It can be used as foliar spray by using Knapsack Sprayers fitted with Flat Fan or Flood Jet Type of Nozzle
- Add recommended quantity of Napoleon into little amount of water and mix well. In the last add remaining full amount of recommended water and mix it well by continuous steering and spray uniformly immediately after transplanting to 4 of days of transplanting/sowing.
SAFETY INSTRUCTION AND ANTIDOTE
- Do not spray during Foggy climate
- Use clean water for preparing spray solution
- Wear safety equipment’s such as gloves, aprons, masks, etc.
- Choose the correct nozzle for spray
- Spray in the direction of wind
- Avoid drift of spray into adjoining crop field
- Do not smoke, drink, eat and chew anything while spraying
- Avoid contact with mouth, eyes and skin
- Avoid inhalation the spray mist, fog and vapors
- Take bath properly after application
- Antidote – No specific antidote is known. Treat symptomatically
