  • NAGARA is a broad-spectrum insecticide
  • It is a highly systemic insecticide with contact and stomach action
  • It is also having significant residual activity
  • It belongs to neonicotinoid group of insecticides
  • It is used as foliar spray for the control of sucking and other pest or as a basal/drench in different crops
  • It has outstanding biological efficacy, especially its excellent root systemic properties
  • It is effective against insects which are resistant to conventional pesticides
  • It has quick knockdown action
  • It has Long residual action
  • It is highly selective pesticide with translaminar activity

  • NAGARA works by interfering with the transmission of stimuli in the insect nervous system. Specifically, it causes blockage in nicotinergic neuronal pathway
  • This blockage of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors leads to the accumulation of acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter, resulting in the paralysis and eventual death of the insect pests

  • First spray is recommended at appearance of pest infestation and subsequent 2-3 sprays at weekly interval depends on severity of pest
  • Nagara can be applied as a foliar spray as well as can also be used for Soil application and seed treatment.
