PRODUCT FEATURES

MODE OF ACTION

  • It is acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) agonist. It binds tightly to the acetylcholine receptor site on the postsynapse region of insect nerve cell, leads to the hyperexcitation of the nerves
  • This nerve overstimulation followed by convulsions and paralysis leads to death of the target insect

METHOD & TIME OF APPLICATION

  • Foliar spray is recommended
  • First spray is recommended at appearance of pest infestation and subsequent 1-2 sprays depends on severity of pest
  • Dissolve required quantity of Sarvotam into a small quantity of water in a container and stir this solution properly. Add remaining quantity of water in it and spray uniformly

SAFETY INSTRUCTION AND ANTIDOTE

  • Uniform spray should be advisable
  • Do not spray during foggy climate
  • Do not mix with bare hands
  • Wear safety equipment’s such as gloves, aprons, masks, etc.
  • Do not smoke, drink, eat and chew anything while spraying
  • Avoid contact with mouth, eyes and skin
  • Take bath properly after application
  • Antidote – No specific antidote is known. Treat symptomatically
